Post by Nathaniel Nelson If I can say one thing about a Disney Cruise, it’s that you’ll never run out of things to do, whether onboard or onshore and whether you’re an adult, a child, or an eternal “kid at heart.” In this final installment of my Disney Cruise review, I explore the many entertainment [...]

Leah grew up in a little farming town in Illinois, right on the Mississippi River. Her Chicago-born husband, David, left the city for her, and they're now raising their three children (Jacob, Jonah and Lydia) just 12 miles from her hometown. As the Senior Editor of the DIS (wdwinfo.com), Leah spends a lot of time writing about, reading about, and discussing Disney. So, it should come as no surprise that one of her family's favorite ways to spend time is going to Walt Disney World and traveling on Disney Cruise Line. She also enjoys shopping, watching movies with her husband and doing crafts with and for her kids.
Post by Nathaniel Nelson As any parent knows all too well, traveling with a baby can be quite the daunting task. Add on any thoughts about what, how, and when your baby will eat outside of the home and the reality of leaving the house can become downright overwhelming. However, when traveling on a Disney [...]
Post by Jeff Alves My wife Val & I just moved to Florida and we had our favorite sister-in-law (Tracy) visiting to help with our interior decorating choices. Tracy enjoys gardening so we thought it would be nice to repay her by booking a special tour for the three of us. The Epcot International Flower [...]
Post by Nathaniel Nelson My wife, one-year-old daughter, and I recently embarked on a 7-night sailing through the Eastern Caribbean aboard the Disney Fantasy. Starting and ending in Port Canaveral, FL, we sailed to St. Maarten, St. Thomas, and Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay. Cautious about taking a one-year old to an over-stimulating Walt Disney World, [...]
Post by Nathaniel Nelson In a recent article, I noted how I was eager to introduce the magic of Disney to my 1-year old daughter by traveling on a Disney Cruise. I explained that I was excited to be making new Disney memories with my family. “That sounds magical!” the Disney fanatic would say, right? [...]
Post by: Nathaniel C. Nelson Some of my earliest memories are those of the times my family and I were visiting Walt Disney World. In fact, these early memories are also some of my favorite ones, as I have always been one who believes in the magic of Disney and all that it represents. Even [...]
Post by David Zanolla I grew up in the Chicago suburbs, so our family visited the Museum of Science and Industry quite often. Over the years, we enjoyed many special touring exhibits revolving around subjects such as The Muppets and artifacts of the Titanic. Needless to say, when D23 contacted The DIS/wdwinfo.com and asked if [...]
Post by Liz Anderson Our family has had some great experiences with the Disney Cruise Line kids’ clubs – the Oceaneer Club and the Oceaneer Lab – so, as we sailed on the Oasis of the Seas for DIS Cruise 1.0, we were eager to try out Royal Caribbean’s Adventure Ocean kids’ activities center. Adventure [...]
Review by Kevin Klose The California Grill in Walt Disney World’s Contemporary Resort reopened yesterday after a lengthy refurbishment and we were there to see how the old place looks.
Guest post by David Zanolla A Colt Vista station wagon, a Ford Escort wagon and a Ford Focus. That’s what I’m used to driving; look them up. None of them exactly say “speed.” If you need more evidence that I’m not a speedster on the roads, consider the following quote from my father-in-law. In 2008, [...]
